The independent Miraheze wiki marks the Mega Egg Obtainable: No, obtainment Unknown, and states it was 'revealed through Guild Gifting Requests' — i.e. its existence leaked via the gifting UI before any drop source shipped. Eldorado does list Admin Chest. It appears in none of the four documented guild competition reward tables.
