This Privacy Policy explains what information Stashly(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, how we use it, and the third parties we rely on to run the service at stashly.gg.

Information we collect

• Email address— for your account, sign-in, and order receipts and updates.
• Roblox username— so we can deliver your order to the correct account.
• Order history— the items you bought, amounts, and order status, so we can fulfill orders and provide support.
• Payment information— processed securely by Stripe. Stashly does not store your full card number; we receive only limited details (such as a confirmation and the last few digits) needed to identify a transaction.
• Basic technical and usage data— such as device and analytics information used to operate, secure, and improve the site.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• create and manage your account;
• process payments and deliver your orders in-game;
• send receipts, order updates, and support responses;
• prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized transactions; and
• understand usage and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services we use

We share the limited information necessary with trusted service providers that help us operate Stashly:

• Stripe— processes payments and handles your card details securely.
• Supabase— hosts our database and handles account authentication.
• PostHog— product analytics that help us understand how the site is used.
• Resend— sends transactional emails such as receipts and order updates.
• Discord— used internally to notify our team about new orders so we can fulfill them.
• Netlify— hosts and serves the website.

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy and security practices.

Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog and similar technologies (including cookies and local storage) to measure how the site is used, remember your cart and preferences, and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can access or update your account information at any time from your account settings. You may also request that we delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us, subject to information we are required to retain (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes).

Children’s privacy

Stashly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Users under 18 should only use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
