Information we collect

We collect your email address (for your account and sign-in), your Roblox username (to deliver orders), your wallet and order history, and basic technical data needed to run the site securely.

How we use it

We use your information to operate your account, process top-ups and purchases, deliver your orders in-game, provide support, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage & security

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase). Sensitive operations such as payments and wallet changes happen on our servers. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in plain text.

Your choices

You can update your email and Roblox username from your account settings at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support.

Children

If you are under the age required to make purchases in your region, please use Stashly only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
