Refund Policy

We want every order to go smoothly. This policy explains when refunds are issued and how they work.
Undeliverable orders
If we are unable to deliver your order — for example, the item becomes unavailable or we cannot reach you in-game after reasonable attempts — we will refund the full amount to your Stashly wallet.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are credited back to your site wallet balance, where they can be used for future orders. Wallet refunds are typically processed once an order is marked as failed or cancelled by our team.
Buyer responsibilities
To avoid failed deliveries, please provide the correct Roblox username, be available during your chosen delivery window, and make sure your account can receive the items for the game you ordered from. Orders that fail because these conditions weren't met may not be eligible for a refund.
Completed deliveries
Because items are delivered as virtual in-game goods, orders that have been successfully delivered are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong with a delivered order, contact support right away and we'll make it right where we can.
