Backpack space is increased based on pet variants (by default, +10), but decreases walk speed by 2.

It costs 70,000 Sheckles, with a 3.75% chance of appearing in a restock.

Shops restock every 5 minutes, so that works out at roughly one appearance per 2.2 hours of rotations.

Normal +10 backpack / -2 walk speed; Big ~+20 / -2; Mega ~+40 / -2. Rainbow Turtle: Normal ~+12.5 / -2; Big ~+25 / -2; Mega ~+50 / -2. The walk-speed penalty stays at -2 across all variants.

The first pass's 'Mega ~+40' backpack is a ×4 multiplier. Every confirmed Mega elsewhere (Bunny +15, Frog +15, Deer +30%) is ×3, which would make Mega Turtle +30. The +40 figure is out of system and should be re-verified before publication.
