The Squirrel is a legendary pet that was added to the game on August 1.

It costs 1,200,000 Leaves, with a 0.6% chance of appearing in a restock.

Shops restock every 5 minutes, so that works out at roughly one appearance per 13.9 hours of rotations.

Not 'rapid'. The ability has a 1% chance to trigger each second (about once per 100 seconds), and if the Squirrel cannot reach the targeted fruit within 20 seconds it gives up and resets. It also picks a ripe fruit at random, so it can harvest a crop you were deliberately holding for mutations.

1,200,000 Leaves confirmed by Beebom and Eldorado. One source (gamer.org) lists 100,000 Leaves — that is an outlier contradicted by every other source and by the Legendary-tier price curve; the wiki's 1,200,000 is correct.

MISATTRIBUTION. gamer.org lists no price for Squirrel at all (only 0.6% map spawn and Legendary rarity). 100,000 Leaves is gamer.org's price for TURKEY. The 1,200,000 Leaves figure is fine, but the outlier it was defended against does not exist.
