How restocking works
Every shop rerolls its stock on the same fixed timer: every 5 minutes. The game's own mechanics page states it outright, and it is the number every stock chance on this site is calculated against.
That interval is what turns a percentage into a wait. A seed with a 0.475% restock chance is not ‘rare’ in the abstract — it is roughly one appearance every 17.5 hours of continuous rerolls. Each roll is independent, so a long dry run is ordinary luck rather than a sign the item was removed.
Stock can also be refreshed instantly for 39 Robux instead of waiting for the timer.
